Here are 3 recipes I used this week. The muffin & cornbread ones I use often & pretty much use as is. The Autumn soup one is a first time for me - I made my chicken stock with the leftover bones of the roast chicken from Monday night's dinner & just added salt & a couple of bay leaves.
